before placing my order, I talked to someone on the phone at 1FACTORY RADIO regarding the radio and if it was a fit for my vehicle. This person was courteous and knowledgeable, and the question was resolved quickly - off to a good start. I placed my order and it arrived in 3 days like they said, well packaged with lots of bubble wrap. The item was just as they described - very minor blemishes, if any at all. I was very happy with what I received. The installation went 1-2-3 (after watching a youtube video on installation) and so far everything is working perfect after 3 days of being in the vehicle. Based on this experience, I would highly recommend 1 FACTORY RADIO to others. A two thumbs up for them and and a five star rating. (i hope i didn't jinx anything by writing this too soon...ahhhhh) should be good to go, so far so good.
