Once I determined the cause of the problem with my radio and that it was going to be costly to go through Jeep or a local repair shop, I started looking for a new radio. That's when I stumbled across 1 FACTORY RADIO. Since the #'s didn't match exactly I had to call them and the lady ck'd everything and ck'd with the tech guys and said their radio would work just fine. I received the radio rather quickly and put it in, got the code from Jeep and just like the lady said, it worked just fine. My only complaint? and the reason for 4 stars is it has a lot of scratches on the faceplate that were not noticeable in their picture. I got some plastic polish by Meguiars and I'm gradually getting the scratches smoothed out. The price was RIGHT and I saved a lot over new or repairing mine, plus 1FR was great over the phone and answered my questions, they deserve 7 stars.
I will definitely buy from these folks again and I will refer my friends.
