Top notch company. They answer all questions quickly and ship items fast. The radio I received looked like brand new and works like new. To me, it's a much better alternative than purchasing from the dealer for over 3 times as much. It's also easier than installing an aftermarket radio plus all of the car's features work, unlike many of the kits available for aftermarket. You can lose some functions with many of them.
