Saved me a lot of $$$$

The dealer wanted almost $1300 to install a refurbished Uconnect unit in my 2013 Ram 1500. I called 1factory and have them the VIN. The next day the called me and had a unit for me. I ordered it immediately and received it in a few days. It took me about 20 minutes to install it and it works perfectly. All of this for just $425. Great company and even better customer service!
