Apologies for the trouble you've experienced with your order. As we had discussed on our call on 2/23/24, we were unable to reproduce any problems with the radio on the bench upon receipt; all functions worked as normal. You had requested a refund, which we promptly provided while on the call, so you could check out the vehicle further.
