These control modules had terrible paint jobs on them from the factory. The buttons literally scratch off leaving a hideous, unreadable blue or red button resembling the wifes fingernails that haven't been painted in a month. The module I bought here was in top notch shape. Other than a few small scratches on the display that I buffed out and made look probably better than brand new. That's the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It only took me 5 minutes maybe less to remedy this problem that was even in the description. Unfortunately this was my 3rd module including the stock one that does not work. Of course that proves I have bigger problems that I just can't figure out. Fuses are all good and I have power and ground to the back of the module. All 3 were just dead in the water. Showing no sign of life at all. This all happened after changing the entire hvac system in my 2011 GMC Acadia. Before that it worked just no a/c. It would flash 3 times. Then got it all put back together and the module was working but the compressor was not. Jumped it off got it full of freon and holding pressure then the module said bye bye. Kicking myself ever since. Thanks guys for a stellar product. I'll get it working eventually.
